From the wall “Two Faces in One”

A Doze

Her eyes are half closed, and a sunflower sits in her hair.

A face with half-closed eyes, rosy cheeks and wavy brown hair, with a yellow sunflower in her hair.

She is the only one on this wall who dozes, as if resting in a quiet moment under the midday sun.

Two Faces in One

Porcelain plates in a style inspired by Cubism, the art that led Picasso to paint a face from two angles at once. Maysoun softens this style with calm colors and adds symbols from her own world: fish, stars, flowers and birds. Six plates, 20 cm across, each face with its own character. Each plate is sold on its own.
