Cyclamen

A wild flower of the Levant mountains, its petals swept back like a small flame.

Pink cyclamen with petals swept back and green heart-shaped leaves. This flower grows wild between the rocks of the Levant mountains in winter and spring.

Maysoun painted it in calm colors on a white ceramic panel, and left wide open space around it so the flower can breathe.

Flowers of the House

Porcelain painting began with flowers and nature, and it is an old, noble craft. Three square ceramic panels, one flower each: cyclamen, the jouri rose and the pansy. The calm, honest colors of nature, for your eyes and your heart.
